Beef Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 1/2 t. liquid smoke
    1/4 t. garlic powder
    1/2 t. mustard seed
    1 1/4 t. cracked black pepper
    2 T. Mortons tender-quick curing salt
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix well and refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Roll into 3 oblong rolls.
    Place in foil, shiny side in.
    Cover with water, boil 1 hour.
    When done, rewrap.
    Drain on paper towel.
