Microwave Baked Halibut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 lb. halibut fillets, cut in serving pieces
Preparation
    In a 10-inch glass baking dish, heat butter 30 seconds.
    Add mustard, parsley flakes, lemon juice and garlic powder; stir to blend.
    Coat fish in sauce and arrange around sides of dish. Cook, covered, 5 to 6 minutes, rotating dish one-quarter turn halfway through cooking time.
    Rest, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
    Yields 4 to 5 servings.
