Sesame Chicken With Cumberland Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts
    1 envelope Shake 'n Bake regular coating mix
    1 Tbsp. sesame seed
    1 c. red currant jelly
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    hot, cooked rice
Preparation
    Coat chicken pieces with coating mix as directed on package. Place in shallow baking pan.
    Sprinkle with sesame seed.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
