Chicken And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 boneless chicken breasts
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. melted margarine
1 small bag seasoned stuffing
Preparation

Cook chicken until tender.
Cut-up chicken in bite size pieces and save 1 cup of chicken broth for later use.
Spray nonstick spray in
an 8 x 8 x 3-inch casserole dish.
Place cut-up chicken in bottom of the dish.
Cover chicken with broccoli.
In a separate dish, mix together soups, lemon juice, curry powder and chicken broth.
Pour mixture over broccoli and chicken.
Cover with stuffing and brush top of stuffing with melted butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
