Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices white bread (frozen)
    8 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. sausage, cooked and drained
    6 oz. cheese, grated
    2 c. half and half or milk
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Butter both sides of frozen bread and place in a 13 x 9-inch pan; cut into cubes.
    Spread sausage over bread, then sprinkle with cheese.
    Combine milk, eggs, salt and mustard.
    Pour over layered bread, sausage and cheese.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cut into squares to serve.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
