Walnut Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 to 5 oz. Roquefort cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Spread walnuts in shallow pan; toast at 350\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
    Cream together the cheeses.
    Blend in salt and garlic salt.
    Add green pepper and pimento; blend with cheeses and salts. Chill.
    Shape in ball; roll in chopped walnuts.
    Serve with assorted crackers.
