Gail'S Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms
    1/2 lb. hot sausage
    1 onion
    1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1 stick margarine
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. Port wine
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms; remove stems.
    Cut stems into small pieces. Melt margarine in skillet.
    Crumble sausage into skillet; add onion.
    Lightly fry and turn off.
    Add stems, bread crumbs and egg; mix.
    Stuff mushrooms.
    Arrange in baking dish.
    Dot with olive oil.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese or Port wine, as desired.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
