Potato-Sauerkraut Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 medium potato, cut in small cubes
2 medium carrots, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
3/4 lb. Polish sausage, cubed
1/2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. dried dill weed
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

In 4-quart slow cooker, stir in all ingredients. Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours.
