Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. white Karo syrup
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. raw peanuts
Preparation
    Combine sugar, syrup and water and cook until forms firm ball in water.
    Add peanuts and cook until sugar-syrup mixture turns light brown.
    Add vanilla and butter.
    Add 1 teaspoon soda (lump free) and stir fast until thoroughly dissolved.
    While still foaming, pour into pan lined with aluminum foil.
    Do not overstir.
