Leftover Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. lard
1/2 to 2/3 c. milk
leftover meat (pork, sausage, beef, lamb, chicken, turkey, etc.)
leftover vegetables (corn, peas, carrots, spinach, etc.)
mushrooms, parsley, onion
cheese
cornstarch
Preparation

Mix dough by stirring together flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in lard until the mixture has a fine grainy appearance.
Try not to handle the dough too much.
Add milk and blend all together.
Roll out the dough in a circle if you want to make a crescent or a rectangle if you want to roll it up.
