King Ranch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, boiled and deboned (save broth)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 pkg. tart shells
Preparation
    Grease large casserole dish.
    Dip tart shells in broth and line dish with shells.
    Layer ingredients as follows:
    chicken, onion, pepper, soups and tomatoes and juice (mashed with fork).
    Cover completely with cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
