Flounder With Oil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 flounder, cleaned
    1/4 c. oil
    2 to 3 stalks green onions, cut diagonally
    2 to 4 Tbsp. shoyu
Preparation
    Boil flounder approximately 8 to 10 minutes or until cooked. Remove from water; place on platter.
    Cook oil until almost boiled; pour over flounder immediately (should sizzle).
    Add shoyu and green onions.
    Serve immediately.
