Monkey Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 c. warm water
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. cold water
    2 eggs
    6 c. flour
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Mix yeast and warm water; set aside.
    Cream sugar, shortening, salt and eggs; mix long.
    Add cold water and yeast mixture.
    Add flour (mixture is not stiff).
    Cover with towel and let rise 2 to 3 hours.
    Punch down and divide dough in half.
    Cut in strips (big dumplings).
