Cold Rice And Green Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked rice
    1 c. frozen peas (1 pkg.)
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/4 c. parsley
    1/2 c. oil
    3 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
    1 tomato, peeled, juice taken out and diced well
Preparation
    Prepare rice according to package directions.
    When cooked, add all of the ingredients and mix well.
    Refrigerate a few hours and serve cold.
