No-Fail Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. Crisco
    1 egg yolk
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine flour and salt; cut in Crisco, 1 cup at a time.
    Beat egg yolk and milk.
    Add to flour mixture and mix.
    Divide into 8 portions.
    Freeze leftover dough.
    Makes 4 double pies.
    Bake filled pies at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Dough will be soft.
    Roll out on floured dish towel.
    Flip over rolling pin and place into pie plate.
    Trim sides.
