Stove Top Creamy Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. rice (not instant)
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 qt. milk
    1 egg yolk
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. raisins
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Combine rice, sugar, salt and milk in a saucepan.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
    Stir occasionally.
    Combine egg yolk, cornstarch and water.
    Stir into the rice mixture along with the raisins about 15 minutes before cooking time is finished.
    Pour into serving dishes and sprinkle with cinnamon.
