Chicken And Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken or hen, cooked and deboned
1 pt. broth from chicken
3 c. fresh or frozen corn
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook chicken/hen until tender.
Debone and salt to taste.
Add corn to 1 pint of boiling broth.
Cook slowly for 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
More broth may be added if needed to thin mixture.
The corn will determine the amount of broth needed. Young and tender corn requires less broth.
Add deboned chicken to corn and cook an additional 30 minutes.
Salt and pepper to taste.
