Beef And Cheese Crescent Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. ground beef
    onion
    mushrooms
    green pepper (optional)
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1 egg, beaten
    8 oz. can crescent dinner rolls
    2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Brown beef, onions and peppers.
    Drain. Stir in tomato sauce, mushrooms and garlic salt.
    Let simmer. Separate rolls into 8 triangles.
    Place in 9-inch ungreased casserole dish.
    Press edges together over sides and bottom. Combine egg and 1 cup cheese.
    Spread over crust.
    Spoon hot mixture over this.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
