Chef'S Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 head lettuce, torn into bits
2 carrots, sliced thin
1 c. zucchini, diced (medium size)
1 c. chopped cabbage
1/2 c. chopped broccoli and stem
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. sweet green pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
julienne chicken meat (from 2 poached chicken thighs)
2 c. julienne cooked ham
1 c. julienne Cheddar cheese
3 eggs, hard-boiled and quartered
1/2 c. cucumber, sliced
Preparation

Combine first 8 ingredients in large bowl.
Arrange chicken, ham, eggs and cheese on top of salad.
Arrange cucumber slices around edge of bowl.
Serve with your favorite dressing.
