Mom'S Sauerkraut And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork
    1 pt. flour
    1 heaping tsp. baking powder
    milk
    sauerkraut
    1 egg
    salt
Preparation
    Place enough pork cut into nice pieces into covered roaster and put into medium oven for about 1 1/2 hours with enough kraut according to amount of pork.
    To make dumplings, mix flour, egg, baking powder, salt and enough milk to form a soft dough.
    Put spoonfuls over kraut.
    Return to oven for 1/2 hour.
    \"Don't remove lid for 1/2 hour or the dumplings will get soggy.\"
