Oatmeal Crackers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. uncooked oatmeal
    2 c. unbleached flour
    1 c. wheat germ
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. oil
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and roll out onto 2 large cookie sheets.
    Roll thin.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Mark in squares or diamonds.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until crisp.
    Watch edges so they don't burn.
