Lemon Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk, chilled
    1 pkg. lemon jello
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    rind and juice of 3 lemons
    2 pkg. vanilla wafers or graham crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Mix jello with water.
    Mix together ingredients.
    Crush wafers and line pan.
    Pour in mixture. Top with crumbs.
    Chill.
