Sweet Potato Balls(Thanksgiving Dinner - Mallory Farms) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Sweet potatoes
    Butter
    Orange juice, to taste
    Sherry, to taste
    Marshmallows, large
    Corn flakes
Preparation
    Boil sweet potatoes.
    Peel and thoroughly cream them with butter.
    Add orange juice and sherry to taste.
    Form a ball of sweet potatoes around a marshmallow.
    Roll balls in corn flakes and deep fry until golden brown.
