Sauce For 200 Lbs Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal vinegar
    1 qt wesson oil or oleo
    1 box salt
    2 lb sugar
    2 cans tomato paste
    juice from 6 lemons
    1 oz of red pepper
    1/2 oz black pepper
    1/2 oz chili powder
Preparation
    Put all in a pot, cook at 200 degrees. Stir often. Cook about 1 1/2 hours. If you don't use it all put in
    jars and seal like fruit. Will keep for 1 year.
