Butternut Squash Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    butternut squash (enough for 3 to 4 c. after cooked)
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. oleo
    1/2 c. evaporated milk or any milk
Preparation
    Squash will need to be cut up and cooked.
    Cook squash until it is soft.
    Combine all ingredients and put in a baking dish. Add topping.
