Party Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 red potatoes, diced
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/2 lb. bacon
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, onions, bouillon cubes and celery in 3 quarts of water. When potatoes are done, fry bacon
    crispy and in small pieces. Put bacon in potatoes, celery, onion mixture. Add Velveeta cheese and sour cream. Cook until all melted. Serve with hot bread.
