Shoney'S Original Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 small pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1 c. 7-Up
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. strawberries
1 pie shell
Cool Whip

Preparation

Heat 7-Up with cornstarch.
Add Jell-O and sugar.
Simmer and stir until slightly thick; let cool.
Bake pie shell and cool. Pour into shell the strawberries.
Pour Jell-O mixture over berries.
Refrigerate until thick.
Top with Cool Whip.
