Mom'S Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 to 3 lb. pkg. hash brown potatoes
6 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. caraway seed
1 c. grated cheese (American or Cheddar)
Preparation

Place potatoes in casserole.
Melt butter in frying pan.
Add flour; add milk.
Stir until thick.
Add salt and pepper.
Pour white sauce over potatoes; mix well.
Add onion, caraway seed and cheese.
Mix well. Bake uncovered at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
