Crock-Pot Apple Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    apples to fill 5-quart crock-pot, peeled and cored, chopped or quartered.
Preparation
    Fill 5 quart crock-pot to top with peeled, chopped apples.
    Add 1/2 cup water or less.
    Cook 18 to 24 hours, stirring occasionally. Add cinnamon, cloves and sugar.
    Cook 3 more hours to desired thickness.
    Fill jars and seal.
