Snow Peak Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 Tbsp. cake flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 stick margarine, softened
    1/4 c. Crisco
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Place flour and milk in small pan.
    Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly,
    or until a thickened paste.
    Cool for 15 minutes in refrigerator.
    Transfer to small electric mixer bowl. Add margarine, Crisco and sugar to bowl.
    Mix on medium to high mixer speed until light and fluffy.
    Will ice an 8 or 9-inch layer cake.
    Quite different.
