Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. white corn syrup
    1/4 c. water
    2 c. peanuts
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Cook sugar, syrup and water until it forms a thread, then add peanuts. Cook until peanuts seem to pop and syrup mixture is a light brown. Take off the stove. Add soda, mixing well. Pour into Pam sprayed pie plates.
