Italian Pasta Primavera - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 minced clove garlic
    1/2 red pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. broccoli, sliced thinly
    1/4 c. zucchini, cut into thin strips 1-inch long
    2 Tbsp. sliced carrots
    1/2 tomato, chopped
    1/4 tsp. basil
    dried oregano and thyme
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. extra virgin or lite olive oil
Preparation
    Saute onions, red pepper, broccoli and carrots for 5 minutes in hot olive oil.
    Add zucchini and garlic.
    Cook 5 minutes more. Add tomatoes and cook 3 to 4 minutes.
    Serve over hot pasta. Vegetables should be seasoned when tomatoes are added.
    Add basil, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper to taste.
    Serves one.
    Recipe may be doubled.
