Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. white sugar or 1 1/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. nuts
1 c. cooked raisins
1 c. lard or butter
6 Tbsp. raisin juice
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Cook raisins and save water they're cooked in.
Mix all ingredients except raisins.
Add raisins.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned.
Cool.
Frost with powdered sugar frosting.
