Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken
    2 large onions
    1/2 green pepper
    1 can mushroom soup plus 1 Tbsp. butter and enough milk to make 1 1/2 c.
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. chicken stock
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Simmer chicken in water until tender.
    Skin and debone.
    Saute chopped onions and green pepper in butter.
    Add chicken stock to soup mixture.
    Place chicken, onions, pepper, rice and Worcestershire sauce in greased 2-quart casserole.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Pour stock mixture over casserole.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
    Top with cheese, bake 5 minutes longer.
