Mushroom Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. green onion
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, chopped fine (fresh)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. heavy cream (I used canned milk)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper (easy on this)
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley (fresh)
    1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Cook onion and mushrooms until all moisture has evaporated.
    Remove pan from heat.
    Sprinkle flour over mushrooms; stir well.
    Add cream; bring mixture to a boil.
    Simmer 1 to 2 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Fill tiny shells made from your favorite pie crust recipe.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
