Corned Beef Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 can corned beef, forked to separate
3 c. boiling water
1 c. mayonnaise
2 pkg. lemon gelatin
2 c. celery, cut fine
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped fine
1 small green pepper, chopped fine
1 small onion, chopped fine

Preparation

Dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water.
Stir the mayonnaise into the gelatin after slightly set.
Mix all ingredients as stated.
Chill until firm.
