Cheddar Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. American cheese
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese (Longhorn preferably)
    6 oz. cream cheese
    1 small grated onion
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 c. mayonnaise
    slivered almonds
Preparation
    Grate cheeses in blender and mix everything together by hand. Form into 2 large balls.
    Roll in nuts (slivered almonds on Saran Wrap), then wrap around the cheese ball and chill.
    Good for parties or Christmastime.
