Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. minced garlic
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 c. diced onion
1/4 c. parsley
2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 Tbsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Saute garlic, onion and parsley in olive oil until onion is translucent.
Add canned tomatoes and sugar.
Simmer on medium-low heat for approximately 2 hours, uncovered, until desired thickness is reached.
Salt and pepper to taste.
