Black-Eyed Pea'S Lucky Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 (6 oz.) garlic cheese roll
    1 (6 oz.) jalapeno cheese roll
    2 (15.8 oz.) cans black-eyed peas
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 tsp. diced jalapenos
Preparation
    Melt margarine and both cheeses in a casserole dish in the microwave.
    Drain the black-eyed peas and save the liquid.
    Gently mash the peas with a fork.
    Stir peas, garlic, onion and jalapenos into melted cheese mixture.
    Add the liquid saved from the peas to the mixture if it is too thick.
    Serve warm.
