Zucchini Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2/3 c. tomato paste
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. chopped green peppers
    1/4 c. chopped Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. oil
    pinch of garlic powder
    2 to 3 medium zucchini
    1 c. tomato soup
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella
Preparation
    In large bowl mix first 8 ingredients.
    Set aside.
    Add garlic and zucchini slices to hot oil and saute 10 minutes on medium heat.
    Put 1/2 mixture meat into 8-inch greased square pan.
    Top with layer of sauteed zucchini, cover with remaining meat mixture. Top with tomato sauce and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
