Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. water
    2 c. rice
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1 envelope onion soup
    1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until tender.
