Vegetable Burger Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. ground beef
1 (1 lb. can, 2 c.) tomatoes, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 c. water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. celery, diced
Preparation

Stir soup mix in package before measuring.
Lightly brown ground beef, drain off excess fat.
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, frozen vegetables, celery, onion soup mix and sugar. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
