Lickety-Split Vegetable Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    1/2 c. creamy cottage cheese
    1 tsp. dried onion flakes
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. dill weed
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In blender, process yogurt, cottage cheese, dried onion flakes, garlic powder, dill weed, sugar and salt until creamy. Pour into containers; cover and chill to blend flavors.
