Cheesy-Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium potatoes, diced
1/2 c. butter or oleo
1 green onion, diced
1 can Milnot or evaporated milk
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 c. milk
6 slices crisply fried bacon, crumbled
Preparation

Cook potatoes until tender.
Drain most of the water off. Stir butter and green onions into the hot potatoes.
Mix together the Milnot, soups and milk and pour over potatoes.
Add crumbled bacon and salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer on low until ready to serve.
