Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Crisco
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg
Preparation
    Cut Crisco into mixture of flour, salt and sugar. Mix water, vinegar and egg. Add to flour mixture. Stir until well mixed. Divide dough into 4 or 5 parts. Roll out thin and use what you need, then freeze any leftover dough. May be thawed and rolled out for quick pies at a later date.
    Makes 4 or 5 crusts.
