Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can corn
    1 can peas
    1 can green beans, chopped a little
    3 large potatoes, peeled and cubed small
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 can chili beans
    1 small can carrots
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 qt. tomato juice
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef, fried and drained
    1 to 2 c. cooked macaroni
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    In large (very large) kettle, mix everything with enough water to make a good soup.
    Simmer and serve.
    Can freeze some for a later date.
