Sausage, Egg And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage (hot)
    6 slices bread or cooked grits
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
    6 to 8 eggs
    2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Place bread or grits in bottom of dish.
    Sprinkle cooked sausage over bread.
    Sprinkle cheese over sausage.
    Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper together; pour over the casserole.
    May cover and sit overnight in the refrigerator.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
