Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 1/2 oz. Roquefort cheese
    1 tsp. garlic juice
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, Roquefort cheese, garlic and
    Worcestershire thoroughly.
    Add pecans and parsley.
    Roll in ball.
    Serve with Ritz crackers.
