Chafing Dish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground round
1/2 c. diced bread crumbs (Pepperidge Farm)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 to 1 1/2 green peppers, cut in chunks
Preparation

Toss together first 5 ingredients until well blended.
Shape into 3/4-inch balls and chill 2 hours or more.
Bake meatballs in a shallow pan with oil in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Drain fat; cover with sauce.
Cook 30 minutes more.
Spoon into a chafing dish with green pepper and pineapple.
Makes about 48 meatballs.
