Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. mashed, cooked squash
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/3 stick margarine
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 c. Pet milk
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. grated cheese (Cheddar or Velveeta)
    1 1/2 c. cornbread crumbs
    cracker crumbs (optional)
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Mix everything together.
    Pour in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Put cracker crumbs on top (optional). Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
